![]() ![]() I have called our local post office and contacted his ******** case manager with no resolution. We have **** informed delivery and a card has never registered on the informed delivery portal as being in the **** system. I have called NB many times and confirmed the card was sent to his correct address but he never receives them. A card was shipped out 12/28, 2/3, and 3/9 and he did not receive any of them. We have been trying to get a card so he can use his benefits for 3.5 months and have yet to receive a single card in the mail. He has Aetna Better Health and is supposed to receive $750 per quarter on a card from Nation's Benefits. I am writing on behalf of my father as he is unable to type on computer d/t disability. Need help getting my product due for ******* thru March quarter shipped. I said I did not get call she said he did call so after going back and forth said he would call me back again. She said he tried at 11:43 (lie cause I had my phone with me and no call or missed call). I said he told me that last night and no call yet. As soon as ******** got off phone she said ********* will call you. After 47 minutes transferred me to Virginia who said she would help. Spoke to ******** who filed complaint again and said he was contacting Nations. 4/11 no call by 1:30 so called BCBS for ******** for assistance. She transferred me to ********************************* who stated he was only male supervisor and would straighten it out and call me 12Pm next day. 4/10 spoke to ******* as still not fixed or shipped said I wanted to discuss with supervisor as now quarter is done and still no refund or shipment. 3/30 spoke to ******** still not corrected she said supervisor told her to take order info and she would send manually to get shipped and IT would confirm in day or 2. 3/18 spoke to ***** said IT was behind would take 1-2 weeks to reverse but would not lose $60 credit as there error. 3/15 spoke to ******* still not reversed she escalated said give 72hrs. Spoke to ******* she stated would take 24hrs to reverse. On 3/14 ordered product using $60 Oct items amount deducted but order never placed. Our records show that member's daughter (*********************** who is an alternate contact placed 6 orders online between 01/02/23 and 04/15/23. It's really ridiculous that customers have to deal with people like this on a regular basis. I have to wonder if the company's customer support reps are either incompetent or just lazy or both.Enough complaints to our insurance companies and they would probably consider looking into this matter themselves. According to the complaints on this bbb site, I'm not the only one. I've tried many times over to contact them by phone, again no response. They boast about the 2 days shipping, which they should not, because that's not true either. I've never received an email or text confirming my orders, I've never received an email or text when my order ships, I've never received an email with a tracking number so I could track an order and my order has always taken as long as 4/5 weeks to receive. This has been my experience with this company since Jan. There is no customer service 24/7 to answer your call, if you do happen to get an email address nobody will respond. Started out the year with Nations Benefits and they are not true to their word as it states on their website.
